How many points do I earn per purchase?

All new Garden Rewards members start at a 2% accrual rate. As you climb the tiers, you earn back points at a higher rate!

Gardener & Harvester: 2.0%

Spend $100, earn $2.00 in points

Cultivator & True OG: 2.5%

What can I buy with my points?

Use your loyalty points like cash towards your total – including cannabis items!

There is a minimum payment of $0.01 required; loyalty points cannot cover the entire amount.

Can I use my points right away?

All new loyalty accounts automatically earn $5 that they can use during the first transaction.

All other points can be redeemed for a future purchase, and cannot be earned and redeemed in the same transaction.

Do my loyalty points expire?

Yes, all loyalty points accrued from transactions expire after one year.

Occasionally, we have special offers that may have specific a shorter redemption period.

Can I join the Garden Rewards loyalty points program without receiving texts or emails?

While we don’t recommend opting out of email (so you don’t miss out on exclusive offers) you can still earn points at Garden Remedies without being subscribed.

You may opt out at any time by unsubscribing from an email or sending STOP to a text message.

How can I see how many points I have?

Create or log into your Dutchie account while shopping the menu. Make sure to connect your account to Garden Rewards!

Your Cannabis Advisor can also get you your balance at any time.

What is “Reefer a Friend?”

We have a referral program available that rewards you for spreading the word! Send a personal link or show a QR code available in your Dutchie account under Loyalty.

If your friend signs up for Garden Rewards, they earn $5 for signing up and $5 for using your referral.

After your friend makes a purchase of $15 or more – $10 in points may be applied – you receive $10 in your account automatically.
